It doesn't take long before your baby suddenly becomes old enough to eat food. What a great milestone it is too.

This topic we'll talk about the reasons why babies start solids, what signs to look for that they're ready to start eating, the different approaches people may take to starting solids and how this all works with breastfeeding and milk intake.

Even if your little one is still a bit young, this could also be a good time to get some information to be prepared, and maybe help you deal with any "unwanted" advice being thrown your way. Never hurts to be armed with knowledge. 

The meetings are open to all family, friends and children are welcome too.

Tea and coffee will be provided, along with a safe space to discuss with a counsellor, any issues you may be experiences in your feeding journey. A share plate for morning tea will be greatly appreciated, but is not required.
