The successful candidate will be a naturally engaging and highly collaborative leader and influencer of people and change, with a demonstrated ability to think and deliver strategically.

Experience in a membership based organisation or complex community setting with knowledge and understanding of the important contribution of highly engaged and passionate volunteers will be a distinct advantage.
You are passionate about the organisation, believe strongly in their mission and have a true sense that their core values match your own. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Social Science, Community, Health or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
