One of the best work outs to help good milk supply is walking. It is the perfect exercise for a breastfeeding mum, and of course, take your baby with you. Baby slings are made for walking and going places with your baby. Human mums have been using baby slings for thousands of years.

ABA has received a special donation. We have two boxes of baby slings for you to try out. We are selling them for $5 each.

ABA meet-ups are FREE to attend! We welcome all mothers, fathers, babies, older children, pregnant women, and other family members who would like to visit. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend, and it is not necessary to RSVP to any of our activities. Visitors are welcome to attend two meetings prior to considering purchasing membership.

Please bring a plate of something to share if you are able (though it‘s okay to come empty-handed). Tea and coffee are available. There is always a qualified breastfeeding counsellor present at our get-togethers to chat with you about any concerns you may have. All conversations remain confidential.
