Breastfeeding and busy mothers

Event date:
Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 09:30 to 11:30
Event Location:
1566 Burwood Highway, Tecoma

All of us know that every mother is a working mother, whether they work outside the home, study, volunteer or care for children at home. Breastfeeding is just one part of the busy life of a mum and her family. Having a baby doesn't mean a mother's social, family and community commitments need to stop, but it can be a bit of a balancing act at times.

Come along for a discussion about being a busy mum and keeping things in balance for you and your family. If you have older children we'd love for you to come along and share your experiences with other mums.

Tecoma Uniting Church is located 1566 Burwood Highway, Tecoma (near the Primary School and across from the bakery). There is plenty of parking. Enter through the front doors and the room is to the right. There is a playground adjoining the meeting room which is great for the 'bigger' kids.

If you are having a good morning, a plate of food (nut free) would be appreciated. Tea and coffee provided.

Breastfeeding counsellors will also be available to answer any questions you may have. Hope to see you there!
