Breastfeeding and Sleep

Event date:
Friday, June 8, 2018 - 10:30 to 12:30
Event Location:
90 Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera

‘Does he sleep well?’ seems to be the first question every mother of a new baby is asked. If, like many mothers, your answer is that your baby doesn’t sleep for long and that he breastfeeds a lot, you may feel concerned about whether this is normal. You may wonder whether there is something you can do to help your baby and yourself to sleep for longer. Come and join our discussion about breastfeeding and sleep including ideas to help settle baby.

This meeting will be held in the Youth Space Room.

Anyone is welcome to attend our discussion meetings. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend. It is not necessary to RSVP to any of our activities. A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will be present to discuss any concerns you have.

Please bring a plate of something to share if you are able (though it‘s okay to come empty-handed). Tea and coffee are available.

The car park is often full by 10am so if you want to get a park easily, arrive early. If the car park is full, there is plenty of undercover parking in the Coles across the road.
