Early Days of Breastfeeding

Event date:
Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - 10:30 to 12:00
Event Location:
352 Pennant Hills Rd next to train & bus interchange. Kids play area & cafe at Hotel Pennant Hills

Come along and join other mums for a catch up and chat ... and your first coffee is on us Smile

The play area is now open from 10am - join us for a chat & to let the kids play before we start our discussion around 10:30am.

Let's talk about breastfeeding in the early days - getting started, what is normal, how to know if baby is getting enough milk, how to overcome any difficulties.

We welcome everyone to come along regardless of the stage you and your baby are at now. New mums really appreciate having the chance to chat with mums who are beyond the early days and that mum to mum support is what ABA is all about.

Even if you have now weaned, or your baby is older, feel free to come along to ask any questions about breastfeeding - we'll be happy to answer questions and guide you through any challenges.

*** If you or your child are unwell, we respectfully ask you not to attend. ***

All attendees will be required to answer a Covid-19 Questionnaire on arrival (parents to answer on behalf of children): i. Are you currently required to be in isolation because you have been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19)? ii. Have you been directed to a period of quarantine as a result of being a close contact of someone with coronavirus (COVID-19)? iii. Are you experiencing any of these symptoms – fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of sense of smell?
