Positioning baby to feed - overcoming challenges

Event date:
Thursday, March 31, 2022 - 10:30 to 12:00
Event Location:
352 Pennant Hills Road

The fabulous indoor play area is now open from 10am - join us for a catch up & to let the kids play before we start our discussion around 10:30am.

Come along and join other mums for chat  ... and your first coffee is on us Smile Bring a friend or family member too.

We're focussing this talk on challenges with positioning baby at the breast. Whether you have difficulties due to hand/wrist issues or your baby needs support for their hips/wears a brace or cast it is still possible to breastfeed. We'll have a general chat and help those with questions.

Want to talk about a different topic? Come along regardless - where possible we will tailor the conversation around those who attend.

A trained breastfeeding counsellor will lead a discussion but your questions and experiences will guide the discussion.

Overcome any struggles already? Share your experiences and support eachother.

*** If you or your child are unwell, we respectfully ask you not to attend. ***

All attendees will be required to answer a Covid-19 Questionnaire on arrival (parents to answer on behalf of children): i. Are you currently required to be in isolation because you have been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19)? ii. Have you been directed to a period of quarantine as a result of being a close contact of someone with coronavirus (COVID-19)? iii.
