ABA Ipswich Discussion: Looking After Yourself

Our discussions are held on the second Wednesday of each month. We will have a group discussion on a relevant topic followed by a  chat - with the pandemic we won't be sharing morning tea or providing tea and coffee at this get together.  We'll be practicing social distancing and encourage you to bring a floor rug for your baby/child and a few toys for their use as well as your own pen for signing in.

This month's discussion will be facilitated by Cathy, and we'll chatting about "Looking After Yourself".  This will cover a ideas for meeting your own needs amidst the chaos of mothering, and we will also have a visiting massage therapist coming along of offer mini massages to mummas, as well as a small gift to take home.   Of course we'll also cover any breastfeeding questions you have!    It will be held at at the Raceview Congregational Church Hall, 117 Wildey Street Ipswich.  Drive through the green gates to park under the trees at the back, and go up the ramp into the rear building (you'll see our signs).  As always, but especially now, please stay home if you or your child are unwell.  Handwashing /sanitising options will be available and you will need to bring your mask if required at that time.
