Breastfeeding and Oxytocin

Event date:
Tuesday, October 9, 2018 - 10:00 to 12:00
Event Location:
435 Mt Barker Road Bridgewater (Church of St Michael & All Angels)
Oxytocin is often called the hormone of love and has a very important role in new motherhood, bonding and breastfeeding but have do you know how it affects a new baby and the long term benefits for women and their children? (No? Better come then!)

As always there will be time for any questions and a general chat and catch up at the end.

We welcome all mothers, fathers, children, pregnant women and family members. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend. We all know that babies can be unpredictable, so we understand if you are running late and welcome you all the same!

If you are feeling up to it, a plate to share for morning tea is always appreciated - though not expected.
