It can be difficult to know if you are producing enough milk. Maybe your baby has changed her feeding pattern, or you've stopped leaking, and are worried that this means your supply is low. How does supply work? How can you produce more (or sometimes, less)?.
Come along for an informative discussion where we'll talk through the facts and myths.
Due to some COVID restrictions still in place, there are a few important things to note, so please read on carefully.
At present, we are permitted to meet up to 100 people.
We will be meeting at the park, so be sure to bring your picnic rug. I will bring my huge one.
Some other things to note when attending ABA meetings, please:
✓ Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, or use disinfectant if soap is unavailable before arriving
✓Bring your own hand sanitizer with you
✓Keep at least 1.5 – 2 metres away from others
✓ Bring your own and childrens morning tea
✓Please wash any toys before and after if bringing for everyone to play with
✓ As per usual, avoid coming to any ABA activity if you or your child are sick
ABA will continue to offer our mothers and their families support through online activities, so if you are not confident to attend meetings in person, that is fine. You will have choices and you can find ABA events at https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/calendar-of-member-events
