Welcome to our group
Our group offers information and support in our roles as parents. Come along and meet new friends, chat with mothers who have 'been there' and connect with trained breastfeeding volunteers.
With the current restrictions on in-person gatherings, many local groups across Australia are running virtual and online get-togethers. You can view our national calendar of events to find a full listing, and attend a group anywhere in Australia.

More about our group
We hold group meetings once a month at Randwick Library (Level 1, Royal Randwick shopping centre). Our discussions are led by a trained breastfeeding counsellor or community educator on a particular topic, however questions on any topic are welcomed.
Babies, children, partners and other support people are welcome to all meetings. Whether the topic matches the age or stage of your baby, or you just want to get out of the house, come along. Since we are so centrally located, mums from neighbouring suburbs often attend our meetings. Wherever you live, you are most welcome to join our group.
We look forward to meeting you soon!
Come along to one of our meetings to get to know us before you have your baby. It's a great idea to come to a meeting or two between when you finish up work and having your baby.
Find out about our Breastfeeding Education Classes. Our classes are in high demand, so you need to book in early.
We'd love to meet you and your baby. Come along to one of our meetings. Don't worry if you're late - we run on baby time.
Some new mothers find it all too difficult to get out of the house, and some just want to cocoon themselves with their baby. Whatever your situation and your preferences, we can offer information and friendly mother-to-mother support. If you are a member, join our Facebook group or post on the discussions here on our web pages.
If you need information, support or reassurance, chat to a trained breastfeeding counsellor on the Breastfeeding Helpline 1800 686 268. And of course there is a wealth of reliable research-based information here on the ABA website.
