Complaints and Appeals Policy

The Australian Breastfeeding Association strives to resolve all complaints and appeals. If a dispute cannot be resolved by through direct communication with the relevant parties, a formal complaint may be lodged. The Complaints and Appeals Policy and associated procedures indicate the appropriate pathways for lodging a complaint or appeal, and outline the resolution process.
