Professional membership - within Australia

Please use this form if you are an individual in Australia who would like to join as a Professional member and pay by credit card.  If you want to train to become, or continue as a breastfeeding counsellor or community educator you need to be a Personal member.

If you are an organisation wishing to become a professional member or if you do not wish to pay by credit card, please download and complete the Professional membership form to send with your payment.

Payment for your membership

  • If you are joining on behalf of an organisation this cannot be done online - please download the Professional membership form to post with your payment
  • Payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are through our secure payment gateway, eWay. Payments will be processed in a few seconds and you will receive an email from eWay confirming your payment.  If you do not receive this email, please contact our head office between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday on 03 9690 4620 or email info@breastfeeding.asn.au as your payment may not have been processed.
  • Payment will be made to the Australian Breastfeeding Association
  • If you do not have a credit card please download and complete the  Professional membership form to send with your payment.

Delivery information

  • Your tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.
  • Your welcome or renewal pack will be sent separately from our head office in Melbourne within 7 working days of a membership being purchased. Welcome and renewal packs are sent via Australia Post. Please allow sufficient time for these to reach you from Melbourne.
  • The welcome pack contains details of how to access member services.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available. Membership suspensions are occasionally available in extenuating circumstances.

  • Prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Your tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.
  • Donations of $2.00 or more are deductible gifts for Australian taxation purposes.
