mecwacare is a not-for-profit organisation that has provided care to the community for over 55 years. We offer diverse services including nursing care and support in the home; in residential facilities; in community housing; and through community day-centre and disability programs. Our organisation cares for more than 10,000 people each week across Melbourne and regional Victoria through a highly-integrated service network operated by more than 1,100 employees and 250 volunteers. We actively encourage and support continuous improvement, innovation and safe service delivery.

Our Purchased Leave Policy also provides staff with up to an extra four weeks leave each year.
