As Data and CRM Lead, you’ll play a central role in ensuring ABA’s data, reporting and CRM systems are accurate, reliable and effective. This role brings together data, systems and people; offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real contribution to how the organisation uses information to support services, decision-making and future growth.

What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience managing CRM data, data quality, segmentation, reporting or business data processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify patterns and recommend practical solutions - Experience developing reports, data extracts, dashboards or regular reporting processes
- A strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, segmentation and the practical use of data for decision-making
- A strong commitment to detail, data accuracy, privacy and responsible information handling
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence supporting users of CRM, database, reporting or digital systems, with a collaborative and practical approach
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, systems and documentation
- Experience with CiviCRM, Power BI, Drupal CMS or CRM-linked email and communication platforms would be highly regarded

This part-time role (30 hours per week) is based in ABA's National Office in Melbourne and has been classified as SCHADS Level 5. The role offers flexibility to work hours across 4 or 5 days. As an employee of a charity holding HPC status, you can salary package up to $18,550 each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year.
