Payment for your membership fee:

  • By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway, eWay. Payments will be processed in a few seconds and you will receive an email from eWay confirming your payment.  If you do not receive that email please ring us on 03 9690 4620 9 am-5 pm M-F as you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
  • If you do not have a credit card please contact our National Support Office between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday on 03 9690 4620.

Welcome email

  • A welcome email with all the info about how to access your membership inclusions will be sent to the email address you have provided within 48 hours. Alternatively you can find out how to access your membership inclusions by visiting My ABA in the ABA website. You will need to login to the ABA website to access My ABA.

Booking your Breastfeeding Education Class 

  • Instructions to book your Breastfeeding Education Class for just $35 are included in the 'Welcome email'. Simply visit our interactive map and look for the green pregnant belly symbol to find a class location and date that works for you.
  • Follow the booking instructions and use your Virtual Village Plus membership number in the 'Welcome email' to access the discount at booking. Your Virtual Village Plus member number also appears in the top right-hand corner of the My ABA dashboard, when you are logged into the website.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available. Membership suspensions are occasionally available in extenuating circumstances.

Please note:

  • Prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Your tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.
  • Donations of $2.00 or more are deductible gifts for Australian taxation purposes.
