Next week (August 1 - 7) is World Breastfeeding Week, and this year’s theme is 'Strengthen what works'.
It’s about recognising the things that already support breastfeeding - in our own experiences, and in the people and information around us.
Today, we’ll share what’s helped us, how we make sense of different advice, and how we can support each other in ways that feel right.
There will be a Breastfeeding Counsellor present if you have any breastfeeding questions you'd like to discuss. It's a good opportunity to catch up with other parents in a breastfeeding supportive environment.
Everyone is welcome, no matter how baby is fed!
