This year’s theme, See Mums, Hear Mums, Support Mums, is a gentle reminder that while motherhood can feel supported at times, it can also feel quite the opposite.

This is a simple, low-pressure space to connect with other mums while getting out for a walk.

Whether you’re feeling well supported or navigating motherhood feeling a little alone, you are welcome here.

We’ll be shouting a coffee for anyone who comes No pressure to share, no expectations, just come as you are
