This is an information and demo workshop with special guest, Yvette.

Join us as we share experiences of using slings, wraps and other carriers. Bring along any carrier you have at home to share your experience or get help using.  All mums are welcome, including those who are not ABA members. Come along if you are pregnant and wanting to get an idea of what carrier works best for you before your new babe is born, or bring along that carrier that you can't seem to get an understanding of how to use so that Yvette can show you the best way to wear it. 

This workshop includes:

• Why babywearing is useful

• How to practice safe and comfortable babywearing

• What the most common styles of baby carriers are how they work

• Hands-on session with test carriers and demo dolls

• Fit check and trouble shooting - BYO carrier

• Resources and ongoing support

• Breastfeeding questions answered by a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor
