This session includes:
Why babywearing is useful
How to practice safe and comfortable babywearing
What the most common styles of baby carriers are and how they work
Hands on session with tester carriers and demo dolls
Fit check and trouble shooting - BYO carrier.

We welcome you whether you are pregnant, partially or fully breastfeeding or bottle feeding. We are non judgemental and supportive of all parents however you wish to feed your baby
Volunteer counsellors will be there to provide free and confidential one to one breastfeeding information and counselling. You can grab a quiet corner with a counsellor for private counselling.
The Craig Family Centre has ample parking.
