We will be chatting about breast and nipple care during lactation at this relaxed info and chat session. Join us to ask any questions, share concerns or to connect with others at a similar stage. This is a free event facilitated by a qualified breastfeeding counsellor.

A small plate of morning tea to share is always appreciated if you have the chance, but if not be sure to join us anyway as there is always enough.
A note regarding illness - if you, your little one/s or anyone from your household has respiratory symptoms please stay home this time and join us next time instead.
We support all families including mums who are mixed-feeding, bottle feeding, exclusively expressing, pregnant and not breastfeeding - you are always welcome. Our chats are informal and there is often access to a breastfeeding counsellor or educator who can assist you with any breastfeeding questions or concerns.
