At this group discussion, we will be talking about the different stages of breastfeeding and how it changes over time, how breastmilk adapts to the needs of your baby, along with the ongoing benefits to mum and bub at various ages.

Come along to meet other new and experienced parents, learn about breastfeeding at various stages, ask questions, share your experiences, and enjoy a cuppa. A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will usually be present for any one-on-one support you may need as well. Members and visitors all welcome.

Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
