Everyone is always welcome, but this one’s especially good for pregnant mums and those in the newborn stage.

We’ll be talking about what breastfeeding is actually like in the beginning, what to expect, what’s normal, what can feel hard, and everything in between. Feeding patterns, supply, baby cues, the emotional side of it… all of it is welcome.

An ABA trained breastfeeding counsellor will be there if you have questions or need a bit of extra support.

Just a space to connect, ask questions, and hear real experiences from others.

Come as you are, bring your baby if you have one.
