Whether you're breastfeeding, mixed feeding or found alternatives worked better for you, we open our doors to share support in our parenting journeys. All parents, support people, toddlers and of course your little ones are welcome.

Your breastfeeding journey will change as your baby grows and develops. Bring any questions you have or just come to meet other parents to share the journey with!

We will have a Breastfeeding Counsellor on hand to answer any questions you might have but we hope you can join us for an informal and friendly chat and cuppa.*

Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know life with little ones doesn't always go to plan!

*The Spring Farm Community Centre is opposite the shops at Spring Farm and next door to McDonalds. Refreshments will be provided by the group however if you prefer fancy coffee either of the options mentioned are your best bet!
