This is our last meeting for 2022! Today we will be discussing breastfeeding through the festive season. Do you want to know more about alcohol and breastfeeding, managing social outings with a little one, or feeding through the heat? This is the meeting for you.

Please come and join us at the Aldinga Beach Children's Centre on Tuesday 13th December from 12:30 - 2pm. Those that haven't been there before, the address is Evans Street, Aldinga Beach. Please check in with the lovely staff at the front desk and they will point you to the correct room.

This is a great opportunity to talk to a breastfeeding counsellor about any questions or queries you may have with your breastfeeding journey. Or, you may just enjoy the opportunity to connect with other local mums.

We know that babies and children like to run their own race, so please don't worry if you can't make it on time. Just rock up when you can! Babies and children of all ages are welcome to attend.

Due to Covid requirements, please respect social distancing and do not attend if you are unwell.
