December & January are often a time of business with lots of events and extra things on. This can mean disruption of rhythms, increased alcohol consumption, new places and people, travelling, and maybe being separated from baby for longer periods of time. It is also usually a period of hot weather which can be unsettling for baby and the rest of the family. We will be talking about how the holiday season might work while breastfeeding your baby and some suggestions for how you can make it work for your family.
