Celebrating at this time of year can be wonderful and sometimes challenging. How do you deal with unwanted criticism? Does my baby need water in the hot weather? What happens if we stay overnight in an unfamiliar place? These are just some of the questions we can chat about.

Whether you're new to ABA or have been around 'forever', come and join us for a relaxing cuppa and chat as we head towards the busy end of the year. Ask questions, share your experiences, catch up with old friends or meet some new ones. A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will usually be present for any one-on-one support you may need as well. Members and visitors all welcome.

All our events are baby, toddler and pram-friendly. Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
