When we think of the festive season as parents, we think of holidays, family get-togethers, travelling, hot weather, parties, the beach. And when we have a baby, there’s a bit of extra planning involved with all these. Today we going to share some information and ideas about managing breastfeeding - in hot weather, when travelling, when visiting people, when celebrating, what to do about alcohol and coping with unwanted advice!

As this is out last meet up for the year, you are invited to come along to our end of year holiday breakup, where we will talk about how to manage this busy period.  Bring any questions you have or just come to meet other parents to share your journey that you have had this year!

This week we are meeting at the Springfield Lakes, YMCA playgroup. Older children, mothers, fathers, partners, friends, little ones all welcome. If you have any breastfeeding questions a breastfeeding counsellor will be at the meeting to answer any questions. 

Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
