Come along and join us as we explore the changes that we experience as we enter motherhood.  What does that look like for you?  Share your experiences and learn from others what to expect.  Our group catch ups are designed to provide you with a “ready-made” village.  Everyone is welcome, no matter where you are in your journey or how you have fed/feed your baby/children.

We host very relaxed gatherings, open to everyone.  Meet new mums, or find some support through discussion or one on one with a trained volunteer.  

We often bring some morning tea to share, however if you can’t, that is ok - come along anyway.  You can come and leave whenever it suits you.  When we have a discussion planned, it is usually at the beginning of the gathering.  We understand that babies run to their own clock, so please don’t worry about arriving late or needing to dash off early.  

If yourself or your baby are feeling under the weather, we do ask that you stay home to rest and recover - we meet each fortnight, so come to the following event.

If parking appears busy near the centre, it can sometimes be just as easy to park up near the Regional Gallery.
