After lots of help with your baby in the early weeks, the time might come when you feel a bit lonely. The Australian Breastfeeding Association welcomes and supports mums whatever their baby’s feeding journey has been.

ABA local groups hold free activities to share tips on parenting as your bub grows and you just want to talk to other parents in your area. We love to see newborns, grandmas and everyone in between, to share the funny side as well as the challenges of parenting. Please join us for a relaxing beverage and chat. Toddlers are always welcome and the café is next to a safe play area.

Drop in when you can to chat with our volunteers and other parents. Members, friends, support people and toddlers are welcome. Cuppa and snacks are provided and a great view of water birds on the pond.

We can help you to find suggestions if you have any questions about babies and breastfeeding in the early days and as bub grows into their special place in your family, hot topics like sleep, family foods and parenting. 

This event will be on the second Tuesday of the month until November.
