Expressing breastmilk is a learnt skill and can take time to work out for many mums. Today we will be chatting about your experiences of expressing, share some information and helpful tips round expressing, and answering any other questions that you bring.

Our meetings will be relaxed and tailored to the parents who join us.

Whether you are breastfeeding, mixed feeding or found alternatives worked better for you, we open our doors to share support in our parenting journeys.

Please feel free to come along for as long or as little as you like and all parents, support people, toddlers and of course your little ones are welcome.
