The group discussion is confidential and usually starts around 10.20am, lasting for 45 mins to an hour, so you don't need to be there exactly on 10am to hear it. You also don't need to be part of the discussion at all if you don't want to.

Our catch-ups are informal and people arrive when they can – there's no such thing as late to ABA and you can leave whenever you wish!

Bring something to share for morning tea if you have time. Hot drinks available (including coffee pod machine!)

Children of all ages welcome- safe indoor & outdoor play areas. Check out the new playground! Partners, friends, grandparents welcome. 

Members are welcome to borrow books and sling/carriers from our libraries.

Volunteer counsellors are available at meetings to provide free and confidential one-on-one breastfeeding information and counselling. You can grab a quiet corner with a counsellor for private counselling.
