Hello to our wonderful Illawarra ABA community,

I’m Isabelle, a trainee volunteer with the Australian Breastfeeding Association, and I’d love to invite you to join me for a relaxed Cuppa & Play at Nicholson Park, Woonona (Opposite North Break cafe Unit 1/1 Park Rd, Woonona NSW 2517) on Thursday 21st November from 9:30am.

It’s a great spot with a shaded outdoor area, plenty of seating, a playground for the little ones—and yes, there's a cafe across the road :)

Our get-togethers are a lovely opportunity to connect with other parents, share experiences, and build friendships. I’ll also have some breastfeeding information and resources on hand for anyone who’s interested. If you have specific concerns you'd like to talk through with a breastfeeding counsellor, you’re always welcome to call the Breastfeeding Helpline or use our Live Chat service.

Whether you’re keen for a chat, some connection, or just a morning out with your bub, I’d really love to see you there.
