Being a mum is beautiful, but it can also feel a little lonely, especially on those days when the sleep deprivation hits hard. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming space to connect with other local mums who truly get it, come join us this week.

​While you sit back, breathe, and enjoy some adult conversation, your babies and toddlers can explore some wonderfully low-effort sensory play. As a busy mum of 5 little ones under 8, I’ve officially vetted these activities. They are simple, stress-free, and can be easily recreated at home, even on your most exhausting days.

​Come exactly as you are (messy buns and yoga pants are highly encouraged). We can’t wait to meet you!
