Sleep and how much your baby sleeps is always a cause for concern for parents. Our questions are often focused on what can be done to make the baby sleep through the night. Sometimes the key to coping is understanding why babies wake at night and what’s normal in the way of sleep for babies. We’ll talk about these today as well as some strategies for minimising disruptions and tiredness caused by you baby or toddler waking at night.
There will be a Breastfeeding Counsellor present if you have an individual breastfeeding question or are needing some support.
This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time!
Partners, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome.
