Looking for a friendly space to connect with other parents? Join us at Red Door Hall for our Connect & Share group meeting, where families come together to share experiences, enjoy morning tea, and support one another on the parenting journey.

Each month features a new topic or guest speaker. This session will be an informal yet practical discussion on expressing and storing breastmilk. Learn valuable tips for efficient milk removal, plus time-saving strategies—whether you express regularly or just occasionally.

All are welcome to this free event! We start at 10 AM and finish around noon—come when you can. Breastfeeding counselling is available during or after the meeting for extra support.
