Have you or someone you know, experienced Postnatal Depression? Join us as we discuss what PND can look like, pathways to support and opportunity to share with each other, the strategies that have worked for you.
Being informed about our mental health during early parenthood, can help us to recognise when life is feeling extra hard and confusing. Whether it’s your own experiences that you may like to share, or just listening to others during this morning discussion, speaking about this sensitive topic can help some mums to feel seen and less alone on their journey.
As per usual, please feel free to arrive when you can and leave when you need to. Bring a plate of morning tea to share, if you have the time – but this isn’t expected.
Follow our Page for events and updates. We do ask that if you or your child/ren are unwell, that you please remain home until you have recovered, to avoid spreading illness. If you are in need of breastfeeding support and are not able to attend our group catch ups, please don’t hesitate to contact the National Breastfeeding Helpline on 1800 686 268. The Helpline is available 24/7.
There is also our LiveChat option, which is accessible from the website, between certain hours (see website for times) https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au
