ABA Hamilton group have decided due to the Bushfires in our region to change topic for this months meeting.
As many local families are being affected by the current bushfires in our community, come along to this casual and informative catch up.
Although not all families may need to evacuate, we may still find ourselves without services like power, water and access to essential supplies. Disaster events can be unpredictable so being prepared can make a significant difference in how we cope and protect our families.
There will be Breastfeeding Counsellors available for general breastfeeding counselling - so if you feel like this topic is relevant for you please still come along!

Join the ABA Hamilton Group for the first meet up of the year, a casual get together at the Hamilton Botanical Gardens.
Motherhood is a journey filled with unique challenges and triumphs, and every mum's experience is different. Whether you are a new mum, expecting, or navigating the many stages of raising children, this session is for you.
Join us as we celebrate the joys and realities of motherhood, share practical strategies, and discuss tips to help you not just make it through the day, but truly thrive. Because motherhood isn’t just about surviving – it can be fun, fulfilling, and full of joy at every stage. Let’s support each other and make this journey a little easier, together!
We will gather near the playground, bring a picnic rug and morning tea to share if you are able (please no nuts) - invite a friend along & bring along any breastfeeding questions for our Breastfeeding Counsellors.
Everyone is welcome - expectant parents, mums, dads, support people, health professionals! Whether you are new to parenthood or an old hat, you don’t need to be breastfeeding to join us.
We kindly remind everyone to keep an eye on their little ones, and if you or your children aren’t feeling well, we’d appreciate it if you join us next time instead.
