Starting solids is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. Join us as we talk about signs that your baby is ready for family foods, where to start and how to cope with the mess!

We'll be having a short facilitated discussion on this particular topic, including a chance for all to ask questions, and for those with experience to share. This will be followed by a chance to ask general questions, and socialise with others in our group. A Breastfeeding Counsellor and/or Breastfeeding Educator will be there to welcome and support you.

This is a relaxed get together - it's fine if come late/leave early. Afterall, we all know what it's like operating on baby time!

Partners, support people, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome to all our sessions.
