After lots of help with your baby in the early weeks, the time might come when you feel a bit lonely. The Australian Breastfeeding Association welcomes and supports mums whatever their baby’s feeding journey has been.

Your local group holds regular, free activities to share tips on parenting as your bub grows and you just want to talk to other parents in your area. We love to see newborns, grandmas and everyone in between, to share the funny side as well as the challenges of parenting. Please join us for a relaxing beverage and chat. Toddlers are always welcome and the café is next to a safe play area.

Drop in when you can to connect with other mums and bubs and our volunteers to share thoughts on babies and parenting or just relax and enjoy the company.
