ABA December Catch-Up – Hamilton

Our final catch-up of the year is all about “Surviving the Silly Season.”

Join us for a relaxed morning with local parents, babies and kids. We’ll chat about the ups and downs of the festive season – from juggling events and family gatherings to coping with travel, changes in daily rhythm, or simply the overwhelm of it all.

It’s a casual catch-up, and if you’ve got breastfeeding questions, a qualified ABA Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to offer friendly support and info.

You don’t have to be breastfeeding to come along – ABA is here to support all parents. Expectant parents, mums, dads, carers and support people are all welcome.

Bring a plate to share if you’d like, or just something for yourself – tea and coffee provided. Invite a friend, and come as you are!
