Our breastfeeding counsellors will be on hand to answer any questions you might have – whether you're just starting out, navigating new stages, or anywhere in between.

Bring a recipe to share!
Whether it’s a go-to snack, a family favourite, or a festive treat – we’d love to swap ideas and maybe discover a new crowd-pleaser.

Free clothes and toy swap!
Feel free to bring along any clean, gently-used clothes or toys that your little ones have outgrown. You’re welcome to take what you need or simply contribute to the swap.

There’ll be a little celebration, time for a cuppa and a chat, and – as always – a warm welcome for all mums, bubs, toddlers and support people.
