Join us to learn about common breastfeeding concerns such as nipple pain, breast inflammation and mastitis, along with practical prevention strategies and simple first aid tips. This supportive session will help you recognise early signs of problems, build confidence, and know when to seek extra help so you can continue your breastfeeding journey as comfortably as possible.
