Join us for a relaxed chat about introducing solids. Discussion will include:
-How to tell when your baby is ready for solids
-What is baby lead weaning and what are the other options 
-How does introducing solids affect breastfeeding
-What and how to actually feed your baby!

There will be a qualified breastfeeding counsellor available to support any breastfeeding questions.

Plenty of toys for children of all ages. Tea and coffee provided, please BYO morning tea or a plate to share if you can.
