Mums, Bubs & Moving Again – Return to Exercise/Sport Chat + Gentle Class
Join the ABA Hamilton Group for a relaxed and supportive morning with guest speaker & Personal Trainer Mel Lanyon, focusing on returning to movement, exercise and sport after having a baby – in a way that feels and is safe, realistic and kind to your body.
This session will be held in the Group Exercise Room at HILAC and, as always, our monthly sessions are free to attend.
We’ll begin with a relaxed, informal chat where Mel will share practical, evidence-based guidance and answer your questions about rebuilding strength, caring for your pelvic floor, and regaining confidence in movement.
