Starting solids is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. Join us for a cuppa and chat as we talk about signs that your baby is ready for family foods, where to start and how to cope with the mess!
As always, trained ABA Breastfeeding Counsellors will be available to provide evidence-based information and support on breastfeeding and parenting topics, and there will be plenty of opportunity to connect with other local families.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of your children's age or how you feed your baby. No ABA membership is required to attend. We hope to see you there!
