Many families make it through the newborn phase and catch their breath and think 'Now what?'. We tend to have more questions than we did a newborn! Should they be feeding so often? Is this normal? Help! Feeds are quite short! Sleep isn't how I thought it would be! 

Come along and we'll talk things through, offer reassurance, discuss infant feeding guidelines and we'll touch on the fact that yes, this is normal and no, you're not doing anything wrong!
