Night feeds are very important for young babies. They ensure that babies get adequate milk intake and are necessary to maintain a breastfeeding mothers milk supply. However, waking up at night to feed your baby can feel very exhausting and many mothers wonder when they can can reduce and stop night-time breastfeeds. Join us as we chat about some possible approaches for actively weaning night-time breastfeeds.

There will be a Breastfeeding Counsellor present if you have an individual breastfeeding question or are needing some support.

This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time!

Partners, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome.
