All babies will stop breastfeeding during the night of their own accord eventually. However, many mothers come to a point where they would like to actively drop or reduce the number of night feeds.

Join us as we chat about:

-What’s normal for babies/toddlers and night feeding

-At what age can you night wean

-What do I need to consider when night weaning (eg impact on milk supply)

-Different approaches/strategies for night weaning

This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time! Partners, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome.
