This week: Parenthood and intimacy, contraception. Intimacy after giving birth is something not often talked about. But no matter what your birthing experience was like, it may take some time for your intimate life to return to how it was. Join us as we chat about the changes that new mums and their partners experience, how this might impact on intimacy and strategies that can help.

✅ Free private drop-in breastfeeding help – Our qualified ABA volunteers are here to support you - no booking needed.
✅ Free playgroup/parents' group – Open to everyone: pregnant, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, mixed feeding, expressing, weaned.
✅ Flexible & relaxed – Come late, leave early, or just drop in for a cuppa! Chat with others or enjoy some quiet time - it’s up to you.
✅ Family-friendly space – Toddlers & older kids welcome! Indoor toys + a safe fully fenced and gated outdoor playground. Partners & family members encouraged to join too.
☕ Free tea/coffee & morning tea – Because parenting runs on snacks!

💙 No membership required – All are welcome, anytime. LGBTQI+ friendly.
